Your Host

I am originally from Australia, but have spent the past fifteen years living in France, building a life between cultures and developing a deep appreciation for the rhythm of everyday French life.

Over that time, I travelled extensively and stayed in many different places, always drawn to those that felt considered, personal, and connected to their surroundings. The idea of one day creating a place of my own grew naturally from those experiences.

I discovered Le Clos Vinzelles while visiting the region for the first time, and was immediately struck by the richness of its wine and food culture, the beauty of its landscapes, and its proximity to Paris, Lyon & Geneva. The estate itself felt like a rare opportunity — a place with history, character, and a strong sense of continuity.

The previous owners had already undertaken a significant restoration, dedicating many years to bringing the main house back to life. I have continued this work with care, with the intention of preserving its character while making it welcoming, comfortable, and easy to enjoy.

Today, Le Clos Vinzelles is open to guests who are looking to experience Burgundy in a more personal way — with a sense of place, and the feeling of being at home rather than simply passing through.

I am currently in Australia for personal reasons, but am working closely with the Aura Prestige Conciergerie to provide you with a warm and welcoming guest experience.
